The Norton Blaze Mini Angle Grinder Discs are engineered for intensive metal fabrication, weld preparation, and edge deburring in hard-to-reach areas. Powered by Norton’s next-generation ceramic alumina micro-fracturing grain, these quick-change discs continuously expose fresh, razor-sharp cutting edges to deliver significantly faster cut rates and up to double the working life of standard ceramic discs.
Built on an ultra-durable heavy polyester Y-weight backing, each disc resists edge-fraying and grain shedding under severe pressure. An integrated supersize grinding aid drastically reduces heat buildup, preventing heat discoloration and burn marks when working on heat-sensitive metals such as stainless steel, Inconel, and titanium. Equipped with a tool-free SL3 / Speed-Lok quick-turn fastening system, disc changes take seconds, keeping production moving at full speed.
