Norton Blaze Mini Flap Discs are premium ceramic flap discs designed for fast stock removal, weld blending, deburring, and surface preparation in hard-to-reach areas. Manufactured with Norton’s advanced ceramic alumina grain technology, these mini flap discs deliver exceptional cutting performance, cooler grinding, and significantly longer life compared to conventional zirconia alternatives. They are particularly effective on stainless steel, titanium, Inconel, and other difficult-to-grind alloys.
The compact design makes them ideal for use with mini grinders and die grinders, allowing operators to access tight spaces while maintaining excellent control and finish quality. The supersized grinding aid reduces heat generation and minimises the risk of discoloration or burn marks on the workpiece.
