Delivery Timing

All goods are shipped on a standard delivery service (1-2 day), (Friday orders placed before 4pm will normally be shipped on Monday, orders after 4pm may be shipped on Tuesday dependant on Suppliers).

In most cases, where products are in stock in our warehouse, orders received prior to 3pm will be shipped the same day.
Where stock is held as Group Stock, shipping will normally be next working day. Above conditions apply.

Group Stock availability includes supplier warehouse stock and stock held in our warehouse.

Returning Goods

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase email sales@abrasivesonline.co.uk you will have 14 days to return the goods. Simply return the item to us in its original condition including any product packaging. Returned items should be unused and must be returned in their original packaging with any enclosed documentation. Once we have received the product(s) and if appropriate, any packaging, a refund will be credited to the payment method used within 14 days. Please note: it may take up to 14 days for your bank to credit your account. We are not liable, and cannot take responsibility for, any bank charges that you may incur during the refund process.

Please note: The item remains your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. A restocking fee of £5 will apply to all orders where goods are not deemed faulty.

Please note, you cannot return bespoke or made-to-measure items unless they are faulty.
